88bd Terms and Conditions
This document sets out in detail the conditions for using all services on the 88bd platform. Reading it in full before opening an account is mandatory for every member.

1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 88bd platform and its members ("member" or "you"). By accessing the 88bd platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
88bd is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services to Bangladeshi members. Every member is responsible for reading and understanding these Terms in full before starting to use the platform.

2 Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
A registered account is required to make any financial transaction or play any game on the 88bd platform. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 One Member, One Account
Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address or bank account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, the balances of both accounts may be forfeited and the accounts closed.
2.3 Account Verification
88bd may at any time request identity documents, proof of address or payment method documentation from a member for identity verification purposes. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify 88bd support immediately.
3 Age Limit and Eligibility
The minimum age to use all gaming and betting services on 88bd is 21. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.
88bd reserves the right to close the account and take relevant legal action against anyone who provides false age information at registration. It is the adult member's responsibility to prevent underage family members from accessing the platform.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
88bd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Failure to provide accurate transaction details at the time of deposit may cause a delay in funds being credited.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank) are available for withdrawals.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
88bd will not be liable for any financial loss caused by an incorrect account number or details provided by the member. Members should double-check all information before each transaction.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning in the example above, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonuses may only be used to place bets on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Wagering must be completed within the set validity period after the bonus is received.
- If any betting pattern is suspected to be an abuse of a bonus, 88bd reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
5.3 VIP Program
The 88bd VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level. Cashback is paid at a set rate on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback example: a Gold-level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games and betting activities on the 88bd platform are conducted fairly and transparently. If any member attempts to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or through technical manipulation, that account may be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a transaction or win is incorrectly recorded due to a technical error, 88bd reserves the right to correct it. Payouts made in error may be recovered from the member's account.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Placing bets or transferring funds using another person's account.
- Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
- Colluding with others or attempting to influence the outcome of a game.
- Using the platform for fraudulent financial activities.
7 Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Account Closure by 88bd
88bd may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false information regarding identity or age.
- Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
- Refusing to verify registered documents.
7.2 Account Closure by the Member
A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may submit a request via 24/7 support. If there is a verified balance remaining, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
By registering on the 88bd platform, members agree that their personal information will be processed for the purpose of operating the service. Documents collected during the verification process will be used solely for identity confirmation and will not be used for any other purpose except where required by law.
9 Responsible Gaming Guidelines
88bd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner. For members who feel their gaming habits are getting out of control, 88bd provides the option to set voluntary limits.

10 Changes to the Rules
88bd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have agreed to the new Terms.
